Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Australia Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–5 business days

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.


International Shipping

At this time, Spoiled Brat ships only within Australia and New Zealand. 

If international shipping becomes available in the future, it will be updated on this page.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your delivery.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Spoiled Brat is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

Spoiled Brat is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or peak delivery periods.
