Returns Policy
At Spoiled Brat, our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging you received the product in.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Photo evidence of damage may also be required.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
As we are a small business, we do not offer refunds for incorrect sizes or wrong products ordered. However, we do offer exchanges.
For size changes or product swaps, postage costs must be covered both ways by the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
To return your product, send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item.
However, if the product is damaged or defective, we will refund the full amount including shipping.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number when returning your item.
